This is the follow up to last year's SEA Album of the Year. You know when you get super-producer Tim Hill doing your beats it's gonna be a monster. The trio spits hot verses that shine just as bright as the tracks. It's a hard album to find, because major labels are trying to sign them and the labels want to release it as a major project. If you can find it, get it. The album is entitled Behind Bars because member Lex is on a concrete vacation and recorded his verses shortly before going in for a highly publicized murder charge. The Top Dollar Boyz let you know where they're rappin' from on "Cashville," already a street hit in that city. These pimps are really doin' it right. It's some of the best of what Middle Tennessee has to offer.
